Tonight was my first time at this chick fila and I was not impressed. It was 9:30 at night and we waited almost 20 minutes for our order, which was an original chicken sandwich meal, a grilled chicken club meal, and a 12 piece nugget. Usually, they will at least apologize when the wait is unusually long, but not here. When I got home, I discovered that my chicken club had no bacon on it and the fries were so salty I had to dust the salt crystals off with my fingers. I called to let them know my order was incorrect and the man who answered the phone told me to, “hold on a sec” and just never came back to the phone. After waiting seven minutes on hold, I took my chances and called again. A manager named Kendra answered this time and she assured me that I could come back to the restaurant any time during the month of June to have my order replaced. Hopefully, when I return, my experience will be better because this was definitely the worst chick fila experience I’ve ever had!

While I love Chick-fil-A I found this particular location lacking. The service was not up to its usual quality; the level of friendliness was average to other fast food restaurants. They also didn't offer any sauce, and forgot to give us the sauce we asked for in our to-go order. The food was still pretty good though.

The drive up was super busy as any Chick-fil-A is between 11.30 am -3.30 pm. We were traveling with our Belgian Malinois. So the wife had gone in to save time. The food was excellent as expected, however neither of us got the fries that came with our meals.

We had a phenomenal experience. FIRST of all thank you for having your doors open so that customers can come in and enjoy your staffs professionalism. I want to give a special shout out to Savannah who was admirable asset to your establishment her world class customer service is what we love to experience as customers.
