Extremely well organized operation! Made an appt online, they got me in & out with new tires in an hour. Knowledgeable salesperson, super hi tech tread measuring system so I could see the exact condition of my old tires they had sold me many years ago. (I got 10k more miles out of those than they were rated for! So happy with that purchase. Would have gotten a lot more if I had rotated them like they told me) Very happy with this company and wouldn't go anyplace else.

I will only go to Discount Tires for all things tire related. I want professionalism and reasonable timeliness - this location does both. They have also been over the top on customer service as well. I have stopped by for a complimentary tire repair and again on a later date to replace two tires. Both occasions the check in team - Andrew and Rakeem - were welcoming and professional. I was able to watch the technicians - John and Chris - and there were working hard. It's nice to see a team hustle and get the job done right (I've been to other shops, where the team is just moping around). It matters to see guys take a little pride and work hard on your car - I can get to work and drive my kids around feeling confident and safe. Thank you Discount Tire Federal Way.

Wanted to make a shout out to Brad for being exceedingly helpful. Came in looking for something different and with his help figured out a far better tire and even a better price that fit my travel needs for the tough terrain I see often. Everyone wears a mask and they have the plastic shield up, just had my tires and rims done 😁 They are amazing at customer service while doing safety

Yes, they do. As long as the breech is in the part of the tire that contacts the road, (IE not the sidewall), then they should be able to patch it. Given of course that there is still enough legal tread left on the tire.

Yep, but it doesn't answer why it took 3 hours to replace 1 tire. I left there at 1:20pm. It took them not even 15 mins to change my tire.
