Lots of kids programs. Prices for activities and admission reasonable. Go when it's not too hot. Not a lot of shade in some parts of the zoo. Check feeding times for better view of the animals

My wife and I really enjoyed this zoo; especially the personal giraffe feeding which was only $5/person and you get to hand feed the giraffes lettuce. The zoo itself isn't overly large and easy to walk yet had a nice selection of animals to enjoy. The female tiger had 3 very active and entertaining cubs. The male Tiger was sleeping above us on a catwalk and actually drooled on us when he woke up. The staff are very nice and helpful. The animals look happy and healthy. The enclosures allow you get up and close with some of the animals. Definitely will be going back the next time we come to Minot.

I would check out website for fall schedule. It's an amazing opportunity since the Flood June 2011. Great job by all involved!
