The most insensitive and sassy and it is also a sad thing that people tend to sometimes just not know what to say, when someone encounter they either tend to overcompensate and say exceptionally polite things or else they say the #most inappropriate things# I just wonder that people just don't have the sensitivity of decency or sometimes use language to say something that may not come across inappropriate. Please Circumvent with words with an healthy vocabulary, But please do not be rude with people for just a bottle of water, which was promised it was free in the morning and later pricing it with 1$ per bottle. We have also noticed that coffee machine and cups where kept in the bathroom, After we complained about this the owner asked us to vacate room at 10 night. My doubt, is this what you call it as a service, or you don't want customers to get in your hotel.

Positive: The location in proximitie to our reason for being there was nice. The staff we encountered checking in, and checking out were very friendly. Breakfast offered, was nice, had a few things to choose from. Pretty decent coffee. Negative: No elevator. While settling in, found a pair of the previous guest shorts, and a dirty washcoth hanging on the shower curtain rod.

Very friendly and helpful. Called the steakhouse where I left my phone to locate it for me. Rooms are fair. Key technology is dated. A little overpriced but the rest of Campbellsville is outrageously over priced and less well reviewed

Positive: The people running the hotel were amazing. So kind and considerate the entire time. Very helpful and accommodating. Negative: There were empty soda cans under one of the beds from the previous guest.
