Outstanding friendly service at the Pt. Roberts P.O. This morning I mailed a package for the first time from this PO, and I cant say enough about how friendly & professional the gal at the counter was. I wish I’d gotten her name to give her a personal shout out here, but she was fantastic. She put the grumpy ol’gal at my local PO to shame! Thanks to all the staff at the PO in point Roberts for a true pleasure! :)

The postal crew that works here are top notch. They are always friendly and considerate. We have had a P.O. Box here for over a year and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. They a personable and remember who me and my family are when we come in. Best service I’ve ever received from any postal crew.

If you have rejected mail call 1-800-ASK-USPS right away. April 2018 update: All correctly labeled as per HER specifications too. Feb08 2017 update : She did it again. Two parcels, same address correctly labeled, one got through, one rejected. Original post: New Postmaster is arrogant, rude and not from Point Roberts. She will reject shipments at random. There WAS a review on here that Mysteriously disappeared when the new PostMaster rejected a shipment of heart medication. The address was the same that they have been using for years. Similar story here, I have been here for 25 years and NEVER had a problem until this person from South of Blaine came in. All sorts of shipments have been rejected and I told them I would be filing a complaint if it happened again. She told me to "get a life". So I went to all the other mail outlets and they found NOTHING wrong with the address I was using. Common consensus is that she is a high paid worker that is ABOVE us here in this very small town. If you have an issue with rejected mail, Complain to USPS in Seattle right away! The sooner she's out of here, everything will be back to normal (and she'll be happier too).
