Best parcel service ever, anywhere. I fell outside while loading my car. No one’s fault but my own. I had a Brocken elbow. The staff closed their business and one of them drove me in their mini van and the other followed driving my car to Delta hospital. They hung around to make sure that I was taken care of. They also live across the road from the depot and will come over in off hours to help you. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now. I am always greeted with a smile and how are you Don. Very personal service which is important to me in this day of taking a number or ordering on line. Prices are great but honestly I care much less about that factor. You guys are the best.

I've been using their service ever since the letter carrier closed down, and was never disappointed. The owner lady remembered my name which was a complete surprise! One time I was picking up a few packages and paying in US bills and I didn't bring enough change, she was fine with the $2 that I owe. I highly recommend their service, super nice, honest people. Opens late too during weekdays.
