They have trouble listening to their customers. I have to explain how I want my order made at 3 times. They never make my sandwich fresh and the fries are always dried out and taste like they've been sitting for awhile. Wendy's is real food at good prices but they need to work on who they hire to ensure better quality for their loyal customers.

Took more tham 15 minutes to get a small frosty. Only two vehicles in front of us at the drive through. No one even manned the ordering so had to order at the pay window. Someone's doing a poor job of managing this place.

I’m normally not a “glass half full kind of guy” but this is ridiculous ! I don’t understand how I keep getting less than half full containers of bbq sauce it’s Pretty odd to me... coincidence? Maybe I’m supposed to stop smoking? Because of the hence -Smokey flavor ??!!?? Anyway just had to post this because it happens all to frequently in recent times for no odd reason can someone explain ?

We had spicy chicken sandwich and a Wendys single and a large fry. Chicken sandwich was really good. The single seemed dry and not very hot. The fries were OUTSTANDING. Fresh and hot.
