I waited in the front for 10 minutes to let them know I had a pickup order. Food was sitting there made but not bagged up. I then watched as the night manager came from the back with her shirt half up while she scratched her stomach which she stopped doing as soon as she saw me. The worst part is she then began to bag orders without so much as sanitizing her hands. She also tried to give me the order without the curly fries and when I asked for them she got all huffy and dropped them in the fryer while I waited even longer, then locked the lobby doors behind me. Health department needs to pay them a visit at night around 10pm. It wasn't for me but I did let the person it was for know and they hopefully threw it away. They seemed as disgusted as I was.

This place had the best friendly crew.. interacting.. friendly and informative about the business, products.. great hamburgers and fries were hot and delicious.. great job crew. I loved this place...

Great food. Always empty. It's like people in Vegas don't enjoy Arby's. The staff is filled with either extremely helpful people, or people not wanting to be there. Is out of stock on various items. I honestly don't see this Arby's location lasting as I'm guessing the location is losing money due to no business. Should eat there while it's still around

Arby's is one of my family's favorite fast food spots. It's a personal preference thing and this is what we all prefer. It's the same at most Arby's and we like that. We do have a gripe about this Arby's though. We bought five sandwiches and the buns were stale on ever single one of them. Not just a little stale but practically brittle. Since we got take out and didn't eat them until we got home 20 minutes later, we couldn't take them back and just had to suffer through them. We still love Arby's but we'll probably skip this location in the future
