We go out of our way to stay at this motel when we are travelling from Texas to NC & back. The rooms may be older, but are super clean & the owner always treats us like old friends.

Room was clean and quiet. Price was good. BUT, I chose this motel because the ad said “hot breakfast.” My wife even called and asked if there was hot breakfast and she was told yes. When we looked at the photos, there was one of the breakfast area and it Had a waffle maker and crock pot in it. And I was looking forward to it. But there was nothing but pastries! No milk! No juice! I went to the desk and complained and they said you can heat these things in the microwave and make it hot! DO NOT stay here if you want a hot breakfast!!!!

Positive: Nothing there was no fire alarm it was ripped out. Stain in the sink I had to wash out. Green slime on the walls plus much else. Negative: Everything see above.

We didn’t even get to stay. Multiple issues. 1.We booked 2 rooms one smoking and one non smoking. The smoking room we booked a week prior was still occupied but they allowed us to still book a room. 2. Front desk gentlemen told us to we could cancel reservation as we were just inquiring about the breakfast they did not have but they still advertise on their website. Felt very much like he was asking us to leave. 3. The facility has a smell just as you walk in the building so something isn’t quite right/clean. Definitely not a good experience and will recommend people to not come here
