Comfort is awesome, pet friendly and really nice, but our room smelled terribly of cigarettes, and the couch smelled like urine, also there was a brown recluse in the br, and yk what they say, there's one there's more. But other than that it's a nice place to stay.

I've been to quite a few hotels within the last few years and this hotel is everything it advertised to be. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. Rooms were very clean. The swimming pool they have should be rated the best pool in Tennessee. The pre-package breakfast due to covid-19 was a nice accommodation. Highly recommend and would visit again.

Good rooms. Properly furnished. Customer service is good. Location is in a small town and not really near to anything. Have to drive. Otherwise all is good here.

We were visiting friends nearby and decided to stay in Lexington rather than picking a hotel near I40. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms clean and comfortable. A reasonable continental breakfast with cereals and pastries available although we had arranged breakfast nearby. Parking fills up quickly and there is no elevator access (stairs only) to 2nd floor. Quiet at night and reassuring CCTV for security.
