Great Service and Products! I wanted to replace the lock on my Pella Sliding door in order to have it re-keyed to match my Schlage door locks and found their website easy to navigate and was able to quickly locate the part I needed. However since I am a belt and suspenders purchaser, I called to confirm I was purchasing the correct item. Friendly agent quickly confirmed it. Order arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed. However my local locksmith broke the cylinder when attempting to re-key it. I called back to explain the issue and fully expected to purchase a new lock and they offered to take a look at it. So I shipped it to them and the same day it arrived, I received a call back stating they thought they could fix it. Next day they called stating it was fixed and only a small charge for time to re-build the cylinder AND re-key it to match the key I sent them. Received it back in 2 days and installed it. It works perfectly. Not only do I now have a lock that matches my other locks, but it also now matches the color of my other hardware. I could not ask for better service.
