I work as a conductor for BNSF and twice when I have had to deadhead to either my home terminal or away from home terminal I have had the same driver refuse to bring our relief crew out to swap with us or does not try to even bother trying to use the GPS they are supplied with. When questioned he says it is not to bring the crews out to the train and will wait until the yard vans swap out the crews. On top of that a majority of the time he has body ordor and chews tobacco with a open container when in plain sight the driver can see the no tobacco sign on the front windshield stating no use. The majority of the drivers for this company try to do good but the local management here in Tulsa and the particular driver is far from the best example of anything good to say at all

I worked for the Jacksonville FL branch and Sheila was one of the worst managers/supervisors i ever had. She would constantly try assigning me broken vehicles and when i use the app to report the problem she would get mad and tell me to text it to her and not to use the app. but the problems never were fixed. Then she calls one day to have me come in early ( i had no problems coming in early and i did so frequently) but it was past my 90 day and i ask about a raise and I get told “There are people that have been working here for 10 years and haven’t got a raise. And she’s not disclosing how the pay truly works during driver trading. You only get paid from the moment you start a trip on the app till the moment you end the trip.

I know exactly who you’re talking about and yes she does work from home which is not at all fair to other employees . They let her keep her job when she moved from Kansas to Florida. She has shown herself not working many times in her YouTube videos and has shown herself cleaning while on the clock, filming videos of herself for her YouTube channel and also shopping online , etc. Railcrew Xpress is a horrible company so they could care less what she does. Let them keep cutting her paycheck while she plays around on their time all day. It’ll eventually catch up.
