This the best store in ocean beach.. The assistant manager Becky went out of her way to help my daughter.. she wanted a sweat shirt and went to many store couldn’t find her size. She proceeded to make my daughter a one of the kind sweatshirt shark rescue sweatshirt which she LOVES .. Thank you so much for making my daughters day..

Very close to the ocean beach pier this is a very convenient location. They have all kinds of things for your needs. Want to be a lifeguard? Well I guess you can if you go here they have tons of gear for you to try out. We enjoy all these things. I will continue to shop here whenever I come to ocean beach.

This place has 100% cotton shirts for a very reasonable price. Nice graphics, designs. We get workout shirts here a lot. Staff have always been very nice to us. Very close to OB pier which is a great place for a walk. Good for tourist purchases too.

If I could give this a NEGATIVE rating I would. Our experience at the Ocean Beach store was HORRIBLE. Some of THE WORST customer service I have EVER seen. One of their young female employees was not only rude while we were in the store but then proceeded to be rude about an hour later when passing her while she was coming out of another store. I tried to talk to the General Manager, however, he too was very young and clearly lacks the proper manners for being in the customer service field. Not only did they lose out on some major sales, as we were really looking to have some great experiences while on vacation, but they have now received verbal and written complaints about their behavior and lack of customer service. We (my sisters, mother and I) along with everyone else we can manage to detour from it, WILL NOT be going back to that store or any possible affiliates.
