BEWARE of this place!! it is old, Dirty. If I had known ahead of time the condition of this place I would have never stayed there. The pictures on the website are not an accurate reflection of the way it looks. No handicap rooms, no non-smoking rooms, no breakfast available, (due to COVID) the lobby was small and no room for breakfast, but they had a dispenser there with cereal in it, no telling how long it had been in there. Toilet ran pretty much the whole time, paint chipping, holes in wall, Dark spots on the ceilings, light fixtures falling apart, bugs, Old furniture, the dresser was beat up and a drawer was missing. There were old mattresses and furniture stacked in the stairwell. The towels were very thin, sheets didn't fit the bed, holes in the comforter. You had to request them to clean your room, I don't think they really did even then. Had to ask for towels. There were no Trash Bins anywhere outside on the property. Loud exhaust on cars and they revved them up. Loud kids running around up and down the stairs, people talking. People living there permanently- like maybe this was a boarding house. Good thing I brought my own cleaning supplies. Good thing we didn't stay but just to shower and sleep. There were no other motels in the area that had rooms. I tried. So we were stuck there. Also, I didn't realize that I was charged for the whole amount up front on my credit card and it was considered prepaid. When I was checking in the guy was behind a glass window with a hole to speak through and he was not American so it was difficult to understand him. I had originally booked two rooms but after one night only needed one. I had requested the second room be taken off my bill, he said "Ok take care of it" Well, it wasn't I was still charged and had to pay the full amount. I contacted reservations.com where it was booked from and they were no help at all. So beware of this. I don't think you can call the motel and book directly through them.This is not a good place to do business with. Hope this helps someone else in the future.

Positive: Nothing it was a dive Negative: Did not like anything about this hotel. Lobby and stairwells were nasty with papers and old equipment everywhere. Rooms were bad - torn comforters, dirty handprints on white pillow cases, not updated in years and smelly. He led in and left immediately

Stayed here many many times with my girlfriend. When we had no place else to stay, or just hang out at. Stayed here at least 30 times. (MUCH BETTER than the hotel over by Ingles grocery. That place has bedbugs. STAY AWAY FROM M-STAR!) Anyways, staff here's nice, the TVs are good, and they work, and channels are entertaining. And works good if you being a video game system. Showers are good. Not much else to say. It's a good hotel.

Budget hotel but not bad for the price; good location right in town. Nothing fancy but no real issues either... It's WAY better the M-Star in town no question... so in that sense I guess you could say it's the best place to stay in beautiful CLEVELAND, GA.
