Found stains on beds. Found a cockroach crawling in the bathroom. Found old food in microwave. Room smelled like water leaked all over carpet. I've seen worse. Overall it was stayable. Staff was nice.

Day shift desk person cannot speak English well enough to do the job properly. Quality Inn tapped my credit card twice for my one nights stay. The ice machine in my building was not working and no sign on the machine directing to the machine in the other building. The cold water spigot in the bathtub did not work preventing me from taking a shower. The TV set remote control functioned long enough for me to turn on the TV, but ceased to work thereafter causing me to have to unplug it to turn it off. At 9pm and exhausted I was not inclined to “deal” with the front desk and have someone come to my room to repair the tub and tv. When I complained upon check out I was treated rudely. Upon questioning the manager Liz about being double charged, I was rudely advised that it happens all the time and that’s should talk to my bank. Will never go back there. Ever!

Positive: The cleanliness and the room were a great start. The upgrades and the remodeling make this a great place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower head was amazing. Negative: The room could use a little more light over the sink and in the shower area but you can see I just like a lot of light in those areas.

Good value. Room was neat and clean. Staff is interested in doing a good job. Breakfast selection needs improvement... particularly waffles, eggs, bacon.
