I was just wondering if anyone else ever noticed the fact that their employees literally do nothing but stand around in little groups and talk all the time? My husband and I shop there often to purchase supplies for his business, and I don’t think we’ve ever had a visit where I witnessed someone actually being helpful or doing their job. There have been a few instances where we needed assistance and couldn’t find an associate. If you ever need someone, be confident they’re huddled up front talking and goofing off. If you ask for their help, they reluctantly will but give off the body language like you’re a complete inconvenience.

Terrible service in the garden shop. Tall girl and guy with a beard had to be prodded to help us and then were very rude. Like we were interrupting their conversation. Associates in main store were very nice. However, I'll go to Lowes from now on.

Will never order an appliance through HD again! Got a Bosch dishwasher that was installed incorrectly. Called within 48 hours and given run around. Finally they agreed to come and re install a week later. The outside contractor they use came and said I’m here to pick up a dishwasher. Didn’t have mounting brackets so he left. Called HD appliance delivery again and they agreed to come again in a week. No show and when I called they wanted another week. I told them no and I want a refund for install. Buyer beware. No customer service after the sale and they use a third party delivery and install service that does shoddy work!

We love shopping at the Home Depot in Clayton, Georgia. While shopping there on April 2, Sue provided outstanding customer service. We needed three specific items, and she helped us find them and ensured we chose the correct merchandise. As an extra bonus, she gave our dog belly rubs and treats. We will be back soon, and will be sure to look for Sue.
