Just called to ask a few questions and get clarification about getting my sons ear pierced. The lady was rude and after asking a question she moved the phone away from her mouth and said “my god” like I’m bugging her. My apologies if having you explain a few things is too much work for you to do at the job that you signed up for. Needless to say we wont be going there!

they're so nice and accommodating. they make sure your experience is as smooth and painless as can be and take the time to inform you fully about how the procedure will go, aftercare, etc. prices are good, too. i got my septum pierced here a few weeks ago and will be coming back if for other piercings on my wishlist, definitely! :)

Brought the kid in to get her ears pierced. Simple thing, not much to it. Price is a bit high for what it is, but otherwise everything seemed to go well. Update: I was unaware the price of piercings had jumped as high as they did. Not just at Crimson Heart Studio... So I won't fault them for that...

Oh my gosh thank you! I just plugged it back in! When I walk into the piercing area I hit this chord easily and unplug it!! I didn’t even know it wasn’t working! You can walk in for tattoos although we can’t guarantee an appointment because we are frequently booked up, as we are today. Now that’s for tattoos, piercings are walk-in only. We do stop piercing half hour before closing. 😁

It cost me 55$ for nose piercing nose ring included. I got the L shaped back no back clasp and that way it doesn't slide out my nose with it bein bent and no swallowing of the back. Had that happen before

They do 13 and up. Doesnt hurt at all. Just a pinch. I got mine done there months ago. They did great!
