traded my car in, one day later noticed a violent shaking when in reverse - not every time. they claimed this car was fully inspected, drove decent. they fought me on my trade in amount and wouldn't budge on their price. AND GUESS WHAT and AXLE needs replaced. The manager is condescending and rude when simply asking for customer service. My kids/husband and I are without the purchased car because it is UNSAFE per the service department for over a month. Drove the car only a few days.

There was no pressure to buy at all and all her questions were answered promptly. I love this dealership! I have bought three vehicles over the last ten years, and now my daughter as well. I have all my services done here and I am always happy, but today I was just blown away with their attention to detail. I needed to have a service done and they needed to remove the car seats. While checking out it was on my papers, then Morgan my cashier reminded me about the car seats, then Liz ran over to tell me about the car seats and then when I got into the car I see this note!! Thank you sterling Honda I have had nothing but amazing service but I have had the best service from jace, Robert, Liz, Morgan….
