The front desk staff is always friendly, courteous & professional. Dr. Franklin is great. I understand about the National hiring shortage, but was very happy to hear today there will be a weekend Chiropractor on duty again, beginning this Saturday. My weeks are usually hectic, and weekend adjustments were my norm.

The 5 stars are for Dr Soto. I have not met his replacement yet. He was the reason I kept coming back. He is great at what he does, and he will be missed. I did not have a good experience with the week day chiropractor. It was not horrible it just felt rushed and not thorough. I did only have one visit with her and everyone has an off day so I'm not saying she was bad we just didn't jive well. Honestly, it is more like Dr Soto is so great that almost no one would measure up. I have been to several chiropractors over the years and never have I ever felt so listened to and understood by any other chiropractor or even medical doctors included. He listens and thoroughly checks his patients. He is just a wonderful human being! He is a gifted chiropractor, and it is a shame his gifts are not going to be available to the public now. The joint chiropractic in general is great too. I very much appreciate the opportunity to go to a chiropractor on Saturday evening and on top of that the price is affordable. The employees are always nice and respectful. Thanks for all you do!

Both doctors have been incredible. I was going to a couple of expensive chiropractors first before winding up at $20 dollar across the street where, at first, I saw progress, to inconsistent service and fighting to have regular treatment by a doctor who was capable and knew my issues so I could recover. Once I transferred to the Joint I had reliable consistent treatment and have seen amazing progress. My neck moves again and so do my hips. The combination of yoga, exercise, massage therapy, and chiropractic care have me moving like I’m back in my late thirties to early forties and I expect my body to continue to improve. Finally!

I never leave a review, however with the way I was seen I definitely had to leave one. Absolutely worse service ever I was not treated for what I went for. Apparently checking my neck was going to ease the pain on my leg Wasted time and money
