No I can't
It's a nice place and I am happy they moved the big trash can! But I think it's time to move the beach

They never called to give us an answer whether we were approved or not for the apartment. I’ve emailed them multiple times I’ve tried calling but their phone is disconnected. They’re doing a horrible job managing the place. They lack communication to their applicants & don’t seem to care at all. Don’t waste your time trying to apply here if you need to find a place to live.

The staff here is completely unprofessional. Although we are in a pandemic there is still a level of professionalism and courtesy that must be maintained. They are lacking tremendously in that area no returned phone calls no communication whatsoever and the young lady Ingrid who answers the phone never can assist completely. No help or inviting at all definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here if they can’t be considerate enough before you get a chance to rent imagine the neglect once you’ve rented. The Pandemic is not a excuse to Not take 1 hour out of 1 day a week and communicate with the paces/oconee community or potential renters

I'm a medical student, and my classmate and I have lived here now for 9 months. I'd move here again in a heartbeat! Decent price and fair management, and the residents that I pass on the grounds are all quite pleasant people. A pretty quiet environment as well.

I think you can! Call the office& they will let you know.
Yes
Its not based on income, its tax bracket and market rate apartments. For tax bracket, it means your income can't exceed a certain amount. They go over that with you once you apply but you have to ask about it. The apartments across the street that are affiliated with the company are based on income and they're called Oconee Springs. Peace and Blessings on your journey.
