This was the very first time I visited this restaurant. My intention was to see how the wings taste as I am planning a party next week and would need 100 boneless wings. I saw the good reviews, so I had anticipated awesome wings. I ordered 10 boneless wings, half with lemon pepper and half with garlic parmesan. I received the wings in the 15 minutes time I was told it would take. However, to my disappointment, all of the wings were overcooked. Very little meat inside which was dry. The rest of the outer meat was so overcooked it was not even crispy; just a very dark brown, hard and tasteless. As for the rub, the lemon pepper dry rub was so salty I had to scrape that off on every piece. They put too much. I could not taste the garlic parmesan, but I did not care after how badly overcooked the wings were. Thankfully I did not order 100 boneless wings as that is probably what I would have gotten. I will never come back to this restaurant ever again. My first and last time.

Food Horrible & Customer Service to match! Plans to go to chipotle on our way back to Alabama. Line was too long so we seen this place. Had pretty good stars, so we stopped. It was horrible, the wings tasted like they were fried 3 times and they were so hard there was minimal meat left. It tasted like crispy Jerky. The lomein was burnt. The owner told me the wok gives it a charred taste (haha). It was BURNT. It was awful. If you are planning on stopping, save your money!! I leave reviews for 2 reasons, Really Great or the Worst ever, this was the latter. I can't get the taste out of my mouth!

It took us 45 minutes for 6 wing's and rice. The manager DK was rude and the food isn't all of that. They come over here and take our money and don't respect us!!! They gave me the wrong food twice, then gave the wrong order to another patron. DK didn't apologize for his mistake, he took the food that we both touched he took and put it in a bag for the right person. He threw my ranch in the bag and threw it at me! He didn't want to refund me because my order was finally ready. There was a little girl that ordered a cheese burger, they took her tray to back and slapped a piece of cheese on it and gave it right back to her. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I'll NEVER EVER support those who doesn't value their customers. Not to mention my food is freezing cold.

At Wings 101 the safety of our staff and that of our customers is a priority. Our dining room remains closed and all customers entering the restaurant are encouraged to wear a mask for everyone’s safety. All staff members wear masks and a divider shield at the register provides additional protection during transactions. Surfaces throughout the restaurant are sanitized multiple times daily and hand sanitizer is available for customer use.
They do not. Just soft drinks, tea, etc.
