I have been working with Morgan Irey since 2019. She was highly recommended by a friend that she had helped. Morgan is awesome! Being my first time with Medicare insurance she was not only patient but so knowledgeable in helping pick an insurance that would work for me. She has kept in touch with me asking how my insurance was working for me all this time and lets me know when it’s time to renew or discuss other options.

We were unsure about relinquishing our Boeing retiree insurance but cost continued to rise and surprise us. However the old adage bird in hand kept us paying more for several years. This year we said enough is enough. My sister in law recommended our insurance broker Rachel Zima and we’re so happy we followed her lead. The marketplace for health insurance is complex and each family’s needs differ greatly. Rachel took all of that into account and worked quickly and successfully to get us the right plans, individualized even for my husband and me. She went above and beyond studying the details of our prescription needs and helping us with the forms. We’re very thankful and highly recommend.

I have had a change of address and want to confirm change I had made with Humana. In email they want me to confirm with my TIN number. What is that?

Do I have to buy my Medicare Insurance plan through VibrantUSA or can I buy it from other agencies or the carriers?

We strongly believe that our clients should work with the Independent Agent that best meets their needs. There are many great agents and agencies throughout the area. But Medicare Insurance is our specialty. We serve more than 20,000 seniors in the State of Washington today and throughout the entire year. You can also buy your insurance directly from the insurance carrier. You will however not be able to learn about all of your options and compare the various plans if you go this route as the carrier will only sell you on their plan. Perhaps the biggest reason to use VibrantUSA is how we treat our clients. Our number one source of new business comes from client referrals which we believe is a strong reflection on offering our clients a great service.

When buying insurance through VibrantUSA, are there any other costs?

No. We receive a commission on the plan we sell from the insurance carrier, the client doesn’t pay us a penny. This means VibrantUSA is not interested in selling something our client doesn’t need - this allows us to concentrate on the client, not the carrier.

We will confirm physicians and specialists are in-network, your prescription drugs are covered, and help you with any other questions you may have. We help our customers navigate the confusing world of Medicare Insurance by narrowing down the options that best meet the needs of our customers. And perhaps more importantly, we are there to support our customers with their plan and help them review the changes to their plan each year.

We do not. In order to remain unbiased and offer our clients the best possible service, we are an Independent Agency. This means our Bellingham agents work with more than 30 regional and national insurance agencies throughout Washington. We also have agents within our company who are able to assist with plans in Oregon and Texas as well. Because we’re independent, we are able to work with anyone that can help our clients get the Medicare coverage they need at the best price.
