I had a great experience with Big O Tires. Jonnie and the boys did me right! I had a wheel bearing out front passenger side and it was worse than I thought. They fixed my vehicle very quickly and also informed me that the front driver side was going out as well which they fixed. Aside from the speedy service it didn't cost me an arm and a lung. Great prices and great service. Thank you guys! I definitely recommend. Thanks!

Thomas and the team at Lake Stevens Big O are very customer oriented. I brought in my truck for new tires and an alignment after having a blow out. Thomas and his team made sure I got what I wanted within my price range and didn’t try to push services or parts on me I didn’t need. In fact, they thought they were going to need a camber kit for the alignment and even though I okayed the extra cost, when I picked the truck up, they were able to get it done without the kit and didn’t charge me for it. It was a great feeling that even though I would have never known, they were honest and transparent with me and my money.

I just went in for a simple tire repair. The Lake Stevens Big-O is great. The branch has an old school feel to it. The kind you wanna stop in for a cup of really bad coffee & chat with the crew 🤙🏽I appreciated the "no nonsense" culture they have from the Manager on down. If you want that classic car shop feel this is your place.

I have purchased tires for three different vehicles from this fine establishment and have been very satisfied with the price, service and quality of product they sell. When replacing the last set of tires on my truck the technicians noted that the tie rods where worn out and as a result would wear my tires out faster. They expedited getting new parts, and although it was during the very busy holiday season they worked late the day I brought it in to make sure it was ready for a trip I was taking the next day. Support this local veteran owned tire shop, you won’t be disappointed!
