I had a plumbing issue with my outside faucet and didn’t really know who to go to. I came across an ad in the Val pack for Harts and called them. From beginning to end they were amazing. I love the technology they used to communicate with. I love that they were able to schedule an appointment within just a few days. When Wil, the technician showed up he was professional, knowledgeable and walked me through every step of possible issues and what the fix would be. I wish all service people were just like him. Of note was his honesty. If I had contracted with a company of less integrity this could’ve cost me a lot of money. As it turned out, the connection for the outside water faucet had been shut off when I had some work done in my kitchen about a month ago. Thank goodness he quickly figured it out. I also signed up for the home care plan which is amazingly reasonable and has now given me a peace of mind in the event something else happens I have a great company to work with. I strongly recommend this company.

Connor was friendly and personable and gave us exact quotes for the installation and potentially other jobs that could be done as part of a package. We elected to go with installation of a new toilet and new sink and these repaired the leaks as they were old fixtures that were replaced. He was able to fix a drain stopper also without charge. We enjoyed his directness and competence. We would wholeheartedly recommend him and would request him in the future for other plumbing needs.

The service that I received from the plumber, Jeff Morton was was excellent! He gave me all the details of what needed to be done before he started and the price it would cost, and because my job was rescheduled Jeff took the time to explain why my initial appointment was delayed. In addition, I found out that Jeff is the author of a book that was passed down to me! This has been truly an amazing day and experience all through working with Harts Services.

We moved into our new home and within a week had issues with water coming back up into our shower after flushing. Hart came out and scoped with a camera to find two separate locations in our main line that had been invaded by tree roots! We also discovered a broken toilet flange and old ring that needed to be replaced which was done quickly. They hydro cut the roots and restored flow but soon after we realized our issue was more dire and needed to be addressed immediately. I called on a Friday to schedule a major repair and the next Monday they were out here doing the work, wrapped it all up by Tuesday and came back out when we had issues with our laundry line backing up Weds. They dislodged a grease clog and scoped our entire system to be sure everything was good to go. While the repair to our sewer line was costly the follow up care, quick responses and professional attitudes made it worth it. Any issue we had before and after the repair they came out to investigate and fix without additional charge- and their membership program gives you more financial options and discounts. Definitely worth it. We had no idea when we bought this house we would be having some very expensive plumbing issues but during this incredibly stressful time Hart really went above and beyond for us. I am so grateful they were able to help us so we can finally settle into our new home.
