Staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Lobby and breakfast area was clean and updated. The room needs updating. The bathroom had basic cleaning; more attention to detailed cleaning is definitely needed as there was hair on the floor and the shower caulking needs cleaning. The beds appeared clean. The carpet was stained, frayed, and needs replacing. This hotel is located off I-75 and there is a Wendy's right next door. There were several families using the pool that is open until 10p. The front desk employee was busy checking people out, keeping the breakfast bar stocked, and she was constantly cleaning the tables and counter tops. She had a pleasant attitude and did a great job! Breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, cereal, coffee and orange juice. This is an average hotel for the cost.

Very disappointed in the non- updated rooms! The lobby looked excellent but it is not a reflection of the rooms. Remote would not operate properly even after new batteries. Razor cover from prior customer left in shower. Outlets falling out of the walls, front door lock didn't give any sense of security, terribly noisy, room smelled like stale old cigarettes or cigars, very old carpets, breakfast was not good with main item ran out otherwise easy to go prepackaged were available. Pool looked clean at a distance. Ice machine located in a scary area. Simply old and out dated and barely able to even rest. Go to the other Dalton exit to find a good hotel!

I've stayed in two different Baymonts and I wouldn't recommend them. Both were not cleaned well. This one had long hairs in the shower/tub. Carpet had crumbs of food! The bed was clean and comfortable which was needed after a long day of travel.

This motel was not what I was expecting. It was not well cared for or clean. It got 2 stars because the people were friendly and the location was right off the highway and they take dogs. The floor was dirty, the mirror was filthy. The TV had a broken line of pixels, the microwave was missing the front glass. The bedding seemed clean but my daughter slept in her clothes. I would not stay here again, even for the low price.
