The office responds quickly and are very friendly. I do love our apartment and the original style. However I do feel rent is overpriced, due to the noise and now knowing what others pay for very similar apartments. You can hear whoever lives above every move.

No actually they are quite expensive. Looking at $1075 just for rent. Granted that includes water, sewage and trash. No in unit laundry and most units are around 600 sqft.
