Could not have asked for better service, support or product! I ordered 4 pallets of Washington Sod - but unfortunately the sod that was delivered was of very poor quality. I immediately contacted Jeremy while the driver was still here, who asked me to send him photos and then stopped by the next morning to inspect. He thoroughly checked the sod, agreed with my assessment, issued me a full credit for all 4 pallets, and recommended that I order their Oregon sod instead. The Oregon sod that was delivered was of very high quality, and has done so well in my backyard. Its dense, and dark green and quickly took roots. I’m very satisfied with their services and appreciate all the help they provided to make things right!

Closed while my employee was walking in on the phone with me telling me prices of materials. 3 minutes before closing time refused to serve him. I have been a customer for years and am just shocked at how he was treated while I was listening on the phone.

I laid 2000 square feet of the JB Instant Lawn northwest mix sod in my backyard and so far it looks great! I placed my order directly through their website and could not be happier with the service. They delivered it on Saturday morning, exactly when they said they would. They have a detailed instruction sheet on their website with preparation and installation instructions, which I followed exactly. This is the first time I've laid sod, and although it was a ton of work for me to do myself, the results have been very satisfying. My advice is to spend the time to prepare your ground correctly. After three weeks my sod has taken root, the edges have almost completely knitted together, and I've mowed it twice so far. Their instructions say that there are no shortcuts to a great lawn, and so far I'm glad I took that advice.

I bought JB seed and seeded 5000 square feet . It came in great . After a month I noticed weed's. I called JB they gave me Jeremy's phone number and said he could help me. I called and talked with him . He was in my area and stopped by 20 minutes later. Looked it over told me what to do and it worked . Very happy thanks JB .

No, JB grass go dormant during winter time, specifically perennial ryegrass, during hot weather sod needs to be watered regularly .

We recommend keeping the leaves off the lawn area as best possible without disturbing the newly planted seeds.
Both are easy. More of a personal preference. If you choose to pay onsite they are able to take cash or card when you pull in. We look forward to seeing you out here! JB Team
We would be happy to get our pallets back! You can drop them off at our Redmond location or any local retailer that sells our product.
Yes by the square foot
Sod is the quickest way to start a new lawn. It is more money than seeding but it’s “instant” lawn. Seed is more work for longer as you need to keep it moist longer and keep the weeds out that sprout with your grass seed. So it’s more of a budget question but it does sound like you’re ready for a new lawn.
Hi Kevin, thank you for taking the time to ask that question, it could be anything, without seeing the weed I can not tell the solution, if posible can you send a picture so I can be specific on the subject, if is a broad leaf, a liquid weed contol for lawns will take care of it, if is a grass type of leaf a granulated weed and feed will do. thank you again, let me know if I was helpful or not.
