There is a guy named Omar, he is extremely rude. I went to the store to talk about credits we were supposed to get but weren't getting. Me: Hey, I have this problem with credits, I went to couple of t-mobile stores in the past and they couldn't fix it. Omar: If they couldn't help you, I can't help either. You should go to the store that sold you the phone. Me: I bought it online. Omar: So? Me: I didn't buy at a store. There is no store to go to. Omar: show me the receipt of the purchase [hoping that I didn't have the receipt.] ..then he spent few mins looking a computer screen and gave us customer support number to call.

I'm a long term TMobile customer and really stuck to TMobile even when their service wasn't great. I liked their policies of being transparent. No longer. and I wasn't happy visiting this store last time. I wanted to add a new line and as per my grandfather plan I get 10$ per line. However they charged me $25/mo for the line. When I asked about it, they said that I get $10 per line but I have to also get $15 data plan which is mandatory. What a scam. The rep in the store was very rude. I just didn't want to argue and ended up paying. I'll be switching to another carrier soon. No longer a fan of TMobile anymore.

Today I visited your location and felt dismissed by your representative when I needed lines removed from my account. Saying “oh that’s not something we do in store” is liken to saying “I don’t want to help; I can’t help”. Of all the solutions. “Give me a moment let me connect you with customer care or let me call Customer Care with you”. Retail visits should not be subject to commissionable sales. Excellent customer service doesn’t coddle but goes above and beyond. The fact that lines can be added and not removed is beyond me. I get retention but for retentions sake doesn’t that begin with the in store experience. Dismissing customers is service??

We came to this store to add a line into my family plan. The process hit some bottlenecks because the agents at the headquarter side handled it incorrectly. The store manager and the store staff Joel tried very hard to fix everything. They gave me a sense of responsibility, and I can see that they care what we feel as customers. Even with some hiccups in this process, in the end, Joel followed up everything for us even after several weeks and made the things right for us, including finalizing the promo deal from adding a line and porting over the number from AT&T. Overall, great store, great attitude, and great service. Thanks!
