Sam was wonderful! Compared plans, gave me a better one, explained discounts, how to turn in old phone. Excellent service! Took only 30 minutes or so!

I upgraded my phone at the store today. It was a very seamless experience. Leah from the store assisted me and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient - all of which are excellent qualities. The store was well stocked in accessories and Leah helped me pick a nice case for my phone as well. Aside from a pleasant experience, the store was also clean, well organized, and spacious. Thank you!

Went to this AT&T store today and they were slow and all 4 Employees and Manager I think his name is Joe welcomed me and i worked with Leah and she was great at explaining my options and upgrading my phone. Manager checked back with me and made sure I was having a good experience. I felt good about being at this location and I never have the same experience at any other local AT&T store. I will recommend this store to my friends and family.

I was the only customer present when I was last there, but what I noticed were the following: * All staff were wearing masks. * Masks are required for entry. * Entry and exit are each one-way. * The two halves of the main entrance are divided by a plexiglass barrier on the inside. * There are no places to sit down. *All the display tables are socially distanced from each other and from the walls. * The staff were standing in a socially distanced line waiting for customers. * The rest of the staff stayed away from us while I was helped. I'm sure there is more, but without more customers it would be hard to see what else they're doing.
