The detox staff and experience was overall what I needed and what I was after. The detox staff was excellent and I give them 5 stars. If I had a place to go afterwards, then I would have just detoxed and got into methadone or got on suboxone and continued my treatment through outpatient. Since I was homeless at the time, I decided to go ahead and go upstairs and stay at their IP facility for the 28 days. This placed sucked to say the least! It was a popularity contest that reminded me of high school and they fed you enough to survive, not to mention the food was cold half the time and nobody ever followed the rules. It felt like I was living in a county jail. Furthermore, the only reason for going upstairs was to stay sober. Eventually when I left, because of the politics involved (one of the staff that worked there was related to one of the patients), I was missing my wallet with all of my identification, my cell phone, and my watch!! I am never going back to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone. As a matter of fact, I am going to ask a few people that I know in government to do a random audit and it should get shut down and/or have a restructuring of protocol and staff because of the criminal element that's involved there!

Their services are top notch, I have had NUMEROUS TIMES I NEEDED HELP AND GUESS WHAT!? RECOVERY PLACE SEATTLE HAD MY BACK From there upper management to their R.S. staff, I've had very few(minimal) complaints. Honestly nothing worth mentioning. If you want your life back, this facility helps and goes above and beyond. I've had the pleasure of having both Patrick and Kai as counselors and they don't come to work to simply get a paycheck. No, they genuinely care and it shows EVERYDAY! THEY offer resources that made recovery so much easier a transition and words can't do justice the level of gratitude this place has. AINT NO TREATMENT CENTER BETTER THAN RPS!

They need to get their inter-office communication in order and quit messing up folks lives.
