Positive: The fridge and microwave Negative: The hotel needs a full renovation. Everything is run down , it smells and the carpet is disgusting. No air conditioning anywhere. The pool was dirty. The breakfast was very basic. No respect towards no smoking policy. Raccoons everywhere.

Nice little hotel right next to the airport and down the street from the John and Mable Ringling art museum. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were big and clean. Good size bathroom as well. There is also a pool. The downtown is about a 15min drive. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms floors need replaced , shower doors do not fit the shower so all the water leaks out onto the floor. We had to go down and ask for extra towels to clean up the bathroom floor. Beds are very comfortable but not queens. The are full size beds , and they are comfy but, not made for a a bigger person with a family of four.

As many others have said already, do not stay at this hotel!! It is very run down. They advertised that there was a free breakfast, but there was nothing but coffee. The juice machine was supposedly "Out of Order". The sign on it looked very old, so I think they just didn't want to provide juice. We were not offered any breakfast of any kind. There was no one at the front desk all morning. I had to ask for 2 clean sets of towels for the 3rd night we stayed here. I tried to cancel my 3rd night just after I checked in but they wouldn't let me, or refund any money. This hotel is unacceptable. Go somewhere else!
