1st room the AC didn't work. Changed to a new room and there was a distinct pest control smell that was there all 3 nights we stayed. Housekeeping was not great. At checkout they charged my cc for premium internet which I didn't sign up for or use. Called 3x to get credit on my cc. They were somewhat rude but said I would receive credit. No credit received. Did a chargeback with my credit card. DO BETTER.

The hotel seems fairly new. Rooms are nice, breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly. However the location is not the greatest if you do not have a car. Kind of in the middle of everywhere, but close to nothing.

Great central location for the Tampa Bay area. There are plenty of restaurant and shopping choices nearby. Hotel has been recently updated so it was clean and fresh. Breakfast was pretty good, especially the breakfast sandwiches. The only thing missing is a hot tub although, I understand why a hotel in FL wouldn't have one. :)

I would advise against staying at this property. First, my room had a pest issue (ants) in the kitchen. Although I changed rooms, the hotel was not apologetic and did not seem concerned with the issue. Second, housekeeping was spotty. One day, they arrived in the early evening. The next day, they did not clean my room because they saw a DND sign in the morning, despite it being removed by the early afternoon. Again, the hotel denied this was a problem and did not seem concerned. Third, there was significant road noise from a highway near the hotel. Upon trying to address the pest and housekeeping issues at the end of my stay, the response of the hotel was to say that my concerns were unfounded. All in all, especially considering the price, there are much better options available.
