The staff here is amazing and went above and beyond for us. The breakfast restaurant staff are so kind and attentive and the food was delicious and plentiful for the price. We are definitely staying again and next time I am trying their dinner!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was well kept and clean, the pool was refreshing and the restaurant food was really tasty. And, the staff went above and beyond to ship us an item we had left behind! Great customer service!!

Hotel location is great and in a safe clean area. Staff were very pleasant and everyone had exceptional customer service. For the those things mentioned I would give 5 stars. However, for a Hilton and a hotel in this sort of area I would expect a little better quality of beds. We had two different beds, one of which was terrible. The carpet was a little dirty with noticeable areas, we just wore our shoes. Room was a little musty.. so for this reason I have given 3 stars. The comfort level after long days is what matters.. and we did not receive the level we had expected.

Yes, the shuttle will pick both of you up & drop you off when you need them. They were excellent during my visit.
Ryan, anytime you have coffee and tea in your hotel rooms in the U.S. it's free. If you find water bottles or other beverages and food items, there may be a charge. You can always call the front desk or ask a housekeeping associate for clarification.
You should've known when you booked the hotel whether they don't offer free breakfast or not. As for the a/c, this is a highly unusual occurrence.
I think the hotel shares a shuttle with the other hotels near by.
It is a 5 minute ride to the airport.
I parked my car there in the garage every day without any placard I'm my car for 2 weeks no problem. The garage is open with no ticket to pull so not sure why it would be a problem
I was told to park next to Homewood suites across the street in the parking garage
