Home Depot is a great place to buy car batteries. I just wish they had a better process for giving core credit instead of making you make 2 transactions to get the core charge off the bill.

Good people, good location and I never have a problem getting my veteran discount. They even have veteran parking but I always leave it for the Vets that are disabled or just plain don't get around good. I appreciate it very much everything Home Depot does for their customers and Vets.

Where to even begin! I started the process of remodeling my first house in the beginning of April. I decided to open a pro account with my business license to get all of the perks since I had lot of stuff I needed to buy for the project. Not a single order that was placed went smoothly. Every time I went to pick up an order there was problems and what should have been a quick trip to pick up an order turned in to hours of wasted time to try to get what I had ordered. I scheduled one order for delivery because of how big it was and how heavy the materials were, they only sent 3 items for delivery and I had to pick up the items that I really wanted delivered. I understand that people make mistakes but we're talking about 7 to 10 different orders and not one went according to plan. Last night I went to pick up the last pieces of a bigger order. I had to reject a French door because it was too badly damaged to fix. The employee at customer service had the audacity to tell me that we should have requested special crating to avoid damage. Is that really a thing? To summarize, the pro account perks were nice and it did save some money but after all the hassle and wasted time, I wish I had chosen to do business somewhere else.

Customers are friendly and helpfull. When there is nobody who works there around you can just ask the guy shopping in the same isle to grab the heavy item from the top shelf. Keep it up people we got a ways to go!!! All you need is ♥️. 😇
