After previous cancelling my membership they still charged me for the next month. Called to get a refund and they said they couldnt. Jasmine is the manager i guess and just acted like none of it was her problem. Apparently taking care of a customer is their last care. If you want a disgusting gym with rude employees and a terrible manager. Go here

This place is pretty gross. They do an okay job (at best) of keeping the gym equipment and area wiped down but the locker room is disgusting. The showers are full of mold and the floors in the changing room might as well be dirt/mud. The problem is that they probably don’t pay the cleaning crew squat which I’d argue is a more important position than management. I’m looking forward to finding another option cause it just doesn’t feel good to go there anymore. Trainers and staff are cool but the lack of attention to cleanliness is a downer. That’s what happens when a corporation who’s only goal is to make as much money as possible runs a gym. We need to support the local small gyms which is what I’m currently looking into.

Jasmine was not what I expected on my second day back from rejoining. She treated my family as if we were second class and In front of other clients, who are in our community/referral/ family/ friends. Not only does staff not show up at for their shifts as per the other morning. When mistakes are made you have customer service like jasmine who is unapologetic and makes you feel more uncomfortable and more of a problem then welcoming and suggestive. The place is outdated, unkept, and unclean often with staff inconsistent. *update just canceled my membership along with my 18 year old son and 3 of his friends due to the same problems. Taking our business to Golds gym .

Lot’s people coming to this place for volleyball which is from 7-9 pm just two days per week. People who played volleyball always let basketball people to finish with no problem about it. Usually, volleyball people staying later to play because they have just 2 days to play, and there’s more than 25 people coming usually to play. First time, management kicked us out just because 3 people wanted to play basketball. THEY PLAY BASKETBALL MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY and even on Tuesdays and Thursdays they play. Sounds kinda not fair , if we will count how many people are actually playing volleyball and paying for membership just because of volleyball. Or management will review hours and rules or I am happy to cancel my membership (and I will be not alone) P.S. Want to add even more stuff. In this gym one girl broke her leg, we went at the front desk to ask for ice or at least for something that can help. The front desk told that they do not have first aid kit , and, anyways, there are not allowed to give something. That’s ridiculous! People are working with the heavy weights and the other stuff, they need to have at least a basic health care kit or something. No one is not asking for a pills, just ice pack or bandages. That’s a simple stuff. So if you planning on go to this gym, please for your own health , take first aid kit with you just in case. Disappointed
