Burntown is the best. Kisar will challenge you and help you reach your goals! He even adjusted workouts due to some previous back issues I had. He pushed me to achieve more than I thought possible. The 1:1 coaching is perfectly tailored to you. The gym itself is high quality, clean and modern. I highly recommend checking them out.

This gym was a bit of a life changer for me! Started 2 years ago and decided I needed to lose weight and get fit going into my 50th birthday. They were not only able to help me reach my goals but continued to provide awesome support to keep me motivated. Hated moving to Cali and to find somewhere new to keep going because Burntown set the bar really high. Highly recommend.

Burntown is legit - no gimmicks. They promote healthy eating and more (and more efficient) workouts. The team of trainers is knowledgeable and kind. They are also 'present' and offer personalized support both in and out of the gym. The 45 minute class format fits nicely into my busy schedule. Most importantly the people who own, work at, and go to Burntown make up a supportive community of people interested in bettering their health. My husband and both saw results with the 42 day challenge and we've kept going to try to achieve bigger goals.

Just finished my 42 day challenge with Burntown Fitness. Man, I was blown away with the whole processing the results I achieved. The entire team is so supportive from the front desk all the way to the trainers/coaches as well as the clientele. They really do keep you accountable, motivated and wanting to keep coming back no matter how worn out you end up after the 45min workout!! Everyone pushes you to do your best even if you need modifications to do some of the exercises. The classes are small enough for the trainers to really focus on everyone aiding and assisting all while making it a very fun class that brings something new every day 5 stars all day long!!!!

What is the maximum amount of people per class?

Thank you for the question. The maximum amount of people that we allow in our group fitness classes is 14. The reason for this is because we want the coach to be able to not only coach the fitness class, but to also spot, modify and to make sure everyone in class is not only having a great experience, but is doing everything exercise move in a safe and effective way.

How many calories can I burn in a Burntown Fitness group training class?

This depends on how hard you want to push yourself, but we have seen our clients burn anywhere between 450 to 826 calories in our 45-minute Burn Method group fitness class. Some of our client will wear their apple watch, myzone band, etc., to see how many calories they actually burned. That is why we can give you these numbers.

All of our classes are 45 minutes! If you would like to stretch afterwards you can. The coach will lead some stretches right after class. If you need to leave, that is okay too.

Burntown Fitness is a high intensity, high energy group fitness class studio here in the Vancouver and Camas Washington area. All of our classes are 45-minutes long and we always focus on Core, Cardio (aerobic/anaerobic), Strength, Power and Stability/balance. We want each of our clients to have a full functional workout. Our vision is to Make Every Move Count, and we are achieving this with our start-up Burntown Fitness. Our classes are always different every day in order for the body to constantly keep guessing. The cool thing about coming to one of our classes is our signature workout, The Burn Method. We have certain timing structures that allow us to constantly keep the heart rate elevated, with or without cardio equipment. This is one aspect is just one of the variables that separates us from most fitness studios.
