Customer service is poor and proper training is not provided to the staff. I get what contracts say however when someone cancels and are told they are all set and find out later they are not. Ends up being negligent on you as a business. All I’m saying is train people better and make sure it’s not solely on the client to remember to do so it’s a mutual understanding.

Crunch has been a good place but beware on of the personal training freebie. Not free! If you sign up they charge you a one time $50 charge. Also they didn't tell me it was a year commitment. Hey just sign this on the way out and send me your credit card info. My bad for trusting. Was promised meal help that has never been talked about and the person who did sign me up hasn't returned any of my messages nor has he had any contact with me even to see how I'm doing or whether I'm happy with my trainer. When you try to contact Redwood personal training its only via email. No one will call you back. Just really poor customer service for the amount of money I'm spending. The personal training is not completely Crunches fault but should be award of the issues it does reflect them too.

Very well put together gym.The staff is always there to help and the trainers are superb and focused on your goals!This gym also has everything you could ever want in it as well. 10/10 highly recommended.

The facility is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have all the equipment you could ever need there. I have only taken one class so far but I absolutely loved it!
