Gave birth here last week. The nurses were all so kind and supportive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very pleasant experience, we felt taken care of and safe. Bonus was that the food service team made us delicious vegan food upon request.

I had such an amazing experience at Northwest Medical. As a first time mom I was so nervous but every single nurse made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Bunni went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was delivered healthy and safe. She was excellent in every step of the way as my OB. The postpartum nurses cared for me and my baby so well. Pam & Mary were amazing. The nursing students were also great. Krystina the location consultant was there for me whenever I needed her. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will always rave about Northwest Medical.

I think this hospital is amazing and only have good things to say about it. I've been treated twice and both times I was so amazed how well taken care I had. I gave birth to one of my sons and had a miscarriage emergency at hospital. I was so amazed that the emergency unit are so nice as if you had a planned visit. Every nurse, doctor , anesthesiologists are super nice and kind and explained everything well. The hospital is clean and organized. Thank you for you hospitality and medical care.

The hospital staff was very thoughtful and treated me with extreme care. However, the hospital should inform patients at least one-two weeks before my visit. I felt the pressure of paying co-pays fees, and the hospital did not notify me about the amount required for services. I was aware of my procedure months before and asked my doctor prior but was told the hospital would contact me about the amount I was required to pay/ I did not hear from the hospital until the day before, and the amount was unexpected. I explained what I could pay toward my co-pay, and the hospital staff told me that the CFO set the amount required, which was a major hardship. I was told I must pay a specific amount or they would have to cancel my procedure. Although, my insurance covered most of my visits months before my operation. This pressure of money places stress and anxiety on the patient. The hospital does not work with people on payment arrangements, especially when the insurance has already approved and paid for most of the amount. Next time I need a procedure, I prefer to attend a surgical center as I have never had an issue with being pressured for fees and was made aware weeks before about required co-pays. The four stars are only related to the treatment by the OR team. Still, the times we live in and greed for money stress an individual, and that is an unacceptable tactic (if I was to rate the financial department overall, the hospital loses a star). I am extremely considerate about this rating for the hospital although the stress I had endured before my operation.

This hospital is horrible, with like 3 good people working.
Yes they can. My daughter use to. I would call there and check though things change my daughter is an adult now. But i believe they still do.good luck
When I asked to use the stairs instead of the elevator, the hospital staff replied, “there is no stairs!” Yes, I am serious!!!! When I pushed for a reasonable answer, I was finally told the stairs are only used for emergency and staff only. How can a place that is promoting heart healthy lifestyles, not offer stairs for the patients and families? Weird!
