I don't even know how to start..9:34pm. One simple order. I had to pull over and wait. RUDE girl green bonnet on her head.. Came out with someone else food..Then went back inside. I pull my car up to the door and watched her. Then another with a black bonnet started taking out trash and pick up a bag off the counter and brought it to me. Nasty Staff..They won't get my money again

State Road 7 Margate FL location. Ordered mobile order, 15 minutes AFTER accepting the order it got canceled. Lost an $8 coupon which couldn't be reused and paid $5 more for a different meal which had biscuits we didn't want and was the only difference in the order, basically costing $13 more for our order. 😡 KFC are you going to make this good? Very much doubt it.

Now I dont come here often but this time was bad. I came around 10:00 pm and the drive-thru line was not long. The young lady who took my order at first was very helpful with me ordering. She was also very patient while i looked over a few things. First how fan you be out of all dark meat chicken for 20 minutes. Thats a long time to have people waiting for food. Since they were out my girlfriend who was upset had to choose something else. When we get to the window and receive our food we started to pull off when we noticed a mess in our bag. We looked and sauces had exploded all over my food. Not to mention my order was half out the container it was in. Plus my order was wrong. i even tried to come to the door after jus coming out of the drive-thru and the workers jus looked at us and kept having there conversations. I understand sometimes mistakes happen but presentation should be a priority next to order checking. I hope they can get there stuff together or looks like ill be goin to popeyes.

Service was good. I asked for an 8 piece meal which is usually very filling but I was given 1 thigh, 2 legs, 2 breasts and 3 EXTREMELY TINY Wings!! I feel those wings, as small as they are, shouldn't be in that box. Seriously, how am I supposed to feed my family?!!
