The worst location to do business. I have a business account. And when I try to do business.there it's seem like these people don't want to work. When I went there today I ask for some coins. A Lady told me I have to wait for someone. And this person is assisting the person that was behind me. Then the teller went to the back to get my coins. When I turn around there was 4 people on the line behind me and all of them finished there transaction. And I'm still waiting. This is not right to be a business owner and being neglected of my business. I need to run my business too. When kevon was there this location was running very good. I ask a lady manager how to file a complaint but she walk away from me. If there is camera there. It would show I'm not telling any lies. This location need new management

Some branch locations have upgraded their machines to accept credit card payments. Check per location. Two that I absolutely know are set to accept credit card payments are Eastern Parkway and Franklin Ave and 34th St between 7th and 8th Aves
