This site the slowest place I've been to. The tellers need to be a little faster serving people. There should be someone serving the people come for statements separate not by teller. I tried closing an account for my deceased husband and they gave me problems. I had corporate step in and signed papers closed account no problem.

I would give them 0 starts if i could. The laziest people I have ever seen. Lines are so long...sometimes 20 people be on the line, and only 1 person is working. They need to do better

ATM's needs to be updated like downtown Brooklyn inside of the Atlantic mall.

Slow more dependable places to banks around clean and friendly but busy better if you the ATM
