I always have Alden do my nails he was busy so I waited for about a half hour to be to that someone else was going to do them so I went ahead what a mistake I asked to cut my nails down no problem then I asked for oval shape that is where the problem started he waited to do it his way not so he started speaking his language so wrong person that’s a 30.00 job I couldn’t take it no longer on top of him burning me a few times with no remorse

they rush through your service no matter if they are busy. If you want a quick fix by all means go, but yea no my feet need time I want sit and relax if I put the massage for 20 mins I sit in chair for 10 and don't get me started on their full set!! cut on atleast 4 fingers and paint everywhere!!

Very disappointing. Went for A pedicure. He used just plain warm water nothing was added. No cleaning of under nails no oil added to nails To soften them up. No pushing back of the cuticles. I was in and out within 20 Minutes. And that’s only because it was a French pedicure. So basically I paid $33 for him to paint my nails. But yet waited patiently for his tip !

My mother and I went last week Wednesday to get our toes and nails done for my college graduation. We got gel on our toes and dip on our nails. My bill came up to $150 and I paid $170 with tip. The next night the dip on one of my nails fell off in the shower. When I returned to them on Friday, the nail tech tried to tell me that the hot shower or something else I did caused it to fall off. He fixed the nail for free but today, (5 days after getting my nails done) a second nail came right off. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄.
