My Service today was Excellent. The Girl at the Fabric Counter cutting the fabric. Was a huge help. She helped me to pick out Dress Fabric for our Pattern for an Historic Apparel Line we are designing. We needed to have a fabric that flowed for a Woman's Dress...she was GREAT!!! I am sorry I forgot her name she was working Sunday morning in the Coconut Creek needs. SUNDAY April 10th. She had patience and listened to our needs. She is great!!! Please thank her for us. Here is the fabric she helped picked.

I have been shopping at Joann’s for years. My husband bought me a new sewing machine for my birthday and their website states no hassle returns. There was a different machine that went on sale before I even opened the box so we went to return it and buy the one on sale. We were told that we could only return it for store credit. No where on their website did it state this and the manager was quite rude about it when I questioned his answer. He said you can take it to another store but the only one nearby that would refund the purchase price was like 4 hours away 😳. We left and called the 1-800# and was told not only did we have to the $25 restocking fee (which we knew about and was ok with) but we’d have to pay shipping too. I’m very disappointed with the service we received it definitely was not “hassle free”.

It was like a heaven when u entered this place. So much arts and crafts material and fabric of you're into sewing. Very huge place. Highly recommended 👍
