I needed a wiper blade for my back window and the gentleman who helped me also installed it, in the pouring rain and nasty wind! Definitely my hero! And, no masks which meant that I could see faces and smiles, this was absolutely fantastic!!! 😀😀😀

I liked the easy in and out. I called the day before and spoke with Mikayla (hope I have correct spelling). I couldn't find the rear pads for my 2017 Outback. She located and had transferred from Tumwater. I was able to pick up front and rear pads along with rear blade. Plus, they give discount for military. I will shop for my cars again at this NAPA

This is the third place I've been today. The first sold me the wrong part and then argued about it. The second was incredibly pushy with upsells. NAPA Auto Parts sold me the part I wanted without any fuss. I won't return to the other shops. I'll come back here.
