I was in love with this place until now, probably it is my fault for giving it a try to pay for a car wash ($35). The job was mediocre even the windshield was still dirty when they give it back to me, they said is a basic vacuum but my seats, dashboard and floors where like I give it to the. I was not expecting the detailed car wash but they could have done a better job, not doing it again. Other than that they are great (friendly service, nice location, dog friendly, comfortable waiting area, clean and tidy).

**4 year loyal customer at wits end with the incompetency that exists within the service department of Dewey Griffin Subaru** On two separate occasions they forgot to reinstall vacuum hoses after servicing my turbo Outback which left me driving around unknowingly causing harm to my vehicle. The first instance (04/14/2021) Mark repeatedly assured me that my MAF sensor was not making a connection and that's why I'm running lean and throwing a code. After he wiggled the wires and sent me on my way, I was still experiencing stalls at stops and slow throttle response and sure enough, another code. Brought it back, had Mark actually take the car in to look at it a little more closely, come to find they forgot to reattach a vacuum hose as they were servicing my valve cover gaskets. After that they reinstalled it free of charge and Mark seemed to act like it was no big deal. The second instance was after Jeff diagnosed my oil leak and actually requires a little more of an explanation because this was one of the most ridiculous things I've experienced in all of my Dewey Griffin interactions. Initially after the first diagnosis, he told me that ALL of my oil gaskets are leaking, recommended that I do a full engine reseal, and quoted me close to $4500. If I hadn't previously had some of those gaskets replaced by Dewey Griffin, I unfortunately would've believed that my engine needed a full reseal service. Luckily, I had a list of previous repairs that Jeff didn't even bother to look at, and had him take the car back in to look at more closely. After close to two weeks, they finally were able to determine that my PCV system was messed up and was dripping oil all over my engine. This was a $500 dollar fix to an originally quoted $4500 dollar problem. After all of that, I left and immediately had a Check Engine Light and could feel that my car was running lean. Left it there again overnight (12/16/21) to have them find another vacuum hose that hadn't been reattached after they serviced the PCV system. Jeff acted like it wasn't a big deal and it almost felt like he was rushing to get me out of the building so that I didn't make him look bad with my dissatisfaction. RUNNING LEAN ON A TURBO ENGINE IS BAD THING. STOP ACTING LIKE IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL. TURBO ENGINES BLOW UP FROM RUNNING LEAN. A BLOWN UP ENGINE IS A BIG DEAL. The price of labor ($170/hr) for repeatedly subpar work is unbelievably high and I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone come here unless they absolutely needed to take advantage of a free loaner car service. ~posting service pics for proof so they can't publicly gaslight me~

Just bought my 2nd Subaru here from Kevin Graham. What an absolute pleasure to work with. Actually the entire sales and finance team was fantastic. So fantastic, I'm thinking about a career change? I had a great experience working with Will at the dealership! He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He worked hard to get me the car I wanted! I never felt pressured. He genuinely cares about customers getting the vehicle they want and making sure they leave happy. If I ever need to buy a car again, I will definitely be going back to see Will!

It is a matter of Subaru's credibility.
Masks required and distancing. Plexiglass between advisors and customers. Clean pens. You take your car through the car wash yourself to minimize staff time in your car.
Ya, just call Dewey Griffin. They will be able to look up your account for you
