I had a great experience here on 6/18/22. We came in looking for a pretty obscure item, and immediately one of the employees started helping us look for it. Within only a few minutes there were multiple employees helping us look and they found it for us extremely quickly. I would also like to add that everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and just made the whole experience exceptionally pleasant.

The Ace Hardware on Francis is the best! There are 2 Ace Hardwares closer to my house. This one by far has a bigger variety of items to choose from. They are the most helpful and practically do the shopping for you! They are amazing!

I stopped in for lawn fertilizer but ended up with a cart full of flowers. Super helpful staff: answering questions, helping me find items, and checking out & loading my car with big bags of soil and fertilizer, which I really appreciated. Well stocked store, and could not ask for better service. Tons of parking right outside the doors.
