My first negative review. They make you jump through hoops to get nothing done. Pretty sure their only intention is to see how much they can milk your insurance company running unnecessary tests and making you see multiple people. Tell them it's the a2 and a3 pulley in my left hand index finger. They xrayed the bone and told me I'm remarkable to normal and sends me to occupational health. You know what xrays show, bones... not tendons and ligaments or pulleys. Tell them it is my SI joint and tingles in my toes, they agree and say it seems like it's my S2. Sends me for an xray of my lumbar and says I'm fine and should do physical therapy. They offered medication and a note for work though. I'm not there to become dependent and lazy. I want to have a long healthy life. How about you actually look where the problem is Keiser. Same reason I stopped going years ago. Have an ongoing stomach issue, pretty sure it's an ulcer and told them all the symptoms of the ulcer. They gave me an ultrasound and told me I was fine. Been almost ten years and still have the symptoms and the pain. Thanks for nothing time and time again Keiser. Definitely switching my insurance this year. Waste of time and money. I just looked at the notes from my most recent office visit and it said shoulder pain... not once did I say the word shoulder. Now they sent me a bill for nearly 400 for the xrays I didn't need since they show bones not nerves and pulleys where the issues are but they sent me in for anyway... "to make sure" yea to make sure they milk every penny.

Largest hmo means terrible. They dont care. Dr bola and dr la luces need their license stripped. No sympathy. Treat patients like a number. They are there because their daddys made them become doctors, not because it is their passion / they care to help others

Begging for help with my mental struggles. I got setup with online depression classes but can't sign on due to my 12hr a day/6 day work week. During this time my mom died unexpectedly. My mental health is now at a breaking point with only 1 week off to grieve my mother's passing. I'm can't sleep, eat, or focus on anything. I've made three appts with doctors begging them to approve me for time off work to work on my mental health. Because I'm not threatening to harm myself or others then to them I can wait. I get told that they can't give time off for that and yet the first appt to help me was two months out. No doctor will help me. All I get are notes in my file that I'm trying to get time off work. I'm broken with nowhere to turn for help. Not even my doctor.

Good and bad, will share good first. I was seen on Aug. 25th by RN A. Mangum for my near inability to walk and severe pain I was having after my obgyn pelvic surgery, and she was so kind, attentive, thorough, and answered all of my questions. She knew more about how to recover from my surgery than the actual surgeon and postop nurses who did my surgery, and under her advice my pain reduced by 60-70% and I could walk almost normally within a day and a half of heeding her advice. 10/10 this lady should get a raise! Bad part. I checked in on time and was forgotten about for an hour. Someone else did a walk in and was scheduled for an hour after when mine was scheduled for and was seen before me. They had me walk (was not assisted despite being barely able to shuffle walk in pain) to another waiting room building and I was finally seen. They need to keep track of their patients, I was sitting right in front of the door where nurses were pulling people back for appointments and no one had answers for why I wasn't being seen. Made my ride to and from the hospital extremely late to work.

Yes
Yes. The pharmacy is open.at 8am to 6pm. Make sure you drive to the back of the hospital.
Probably at 5pm like most other than the pharmacy
First floor and entrens is in front
No it isn't. open Monday at 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Monday isn't a holiday, so yes, they should be open.
presuming normal business hours, you should be able to get in at 8:00 a.m. You may want to call tomorrow morning to be sure before making the trip.
Pls call them and ask. I do think you have to be a kaiser member though. How about you check out COMMUNITY MEDICAL CENTER. They are all over Stockton, Ca. They will immunize your child and treat them for a reasonable fee.
Closed on Sunday
Not officially, Kaiser patients are allowed to go in without an appointment if they are very sick as adults and the clinic will squeeze them in between patients that have appointments but expect a wait unless it's life threatening.
Pharmacy 3 is not open on weekends or holidays. Pharmacy 1 is open from 8am till 6pm
I believe they open at 700AM but you really should check with them since hours are subject to change.
Or you can go to St. Joseph's Medical Center on California Street. They service Kaiser patients.
You can, but, I would never recommend Stockton Kaiser. Although, their pediatrics doctors are good and respectful, at least, my daughter's was. I travel to Kaiser Modesto, for all my appointments.
Yes
I only had an insight recently, when I realized I had better self advocate! And it does work. Member Services is the answer to at least being heard! And it does go up The chane, and you will get feed back..and more help.... (Hint) take the time to write out "What it was like" And " what you did specifically to advocate yourself..... And YOUR ONGOING STRUGGLES WITH???? Escalate it far enough and you will be heard! Sad though isn't it.
Yes
No
Yes, Saturday and Sunday I think till only 4 or maybe 5 pm
They usually are as long as you have Kaiser as your insurer
Sorry but this is google maps. Not Kaiser's complaint department.
Yes
The sleep apnea lab is in mantica
Don't think so but you should call them instead of asking the general public. If you're having a problem, call 911 or go to ER room at St joephs.. but if you can call kaiser first
I was told i could come in for blood work on a weekend. I didnt end up going, but do believe you are able.
8:30am - 5pm M-F
I believe so it is a large campus bit call the main phone yo vrrify or call client services
Call Kaiser and ask.
Tryed the complain department with no answer to be giving.
Yes, it's best to make an appointment so you don't have to wait so long
Try the website... And it's alot faster if you make an appointment.
Call and ask for a switch
7am
In a bit
Not there. You pick plans from their website, but you'll be directed to the Covered CA site for sign up.
