Don't think so but you should call them instead of asking the general public. If you're having a problem, call 911 or go to ER room at St joephs.. but if you can call kaiser first
Only if you're having potential heart issues & only in the ER. Even if you don't think it's an emergency & don't feel a need to call 911, visit the ER and explain why you think you should have one done. They will always decide on the side of caution & check you out.
