The agent told me the system is down..i couldn't believe him...i called DHL customer service and they confirmed the system was NOT down...this agent was very rude 😒 i don't know why....never go back again to DHL

Slow service compare to FEDEX. I got an international package. They kept it in Cincinnati for 3 days and then another 2 days at Seattle. Don’t know why?

You need to have ID,debt card or check because they don't accept cash the person address, cell phone number .I hope this is help.
