Wait was very long and the food was inedible. The staff also was not the kindest but I understand the service industry could be mentally taxing. They did make a very tasty iced coffee though.

Like all stores you will see the struggle with staff shortage. The customer service was good, and provided the help needed during ordering. My husband's coffee was food and flavorful. Mine lacked any and all flavor. 🤷‍♀️ you win some you loose some.

PAY YOUR WORKERS A LIVING WAGE!!! Waited in line for 1/2 hr for coffee in a drive thru that you cannot leave once you enter. The young man at the window apologized, stating there were only 4 people working. I felt so bad for them, knowing they are getting angry customers because you cannot properly staff your store. You're one of the busiest locations! Your sign says you pay $11/hr - that is not a livable wage! Pay people more and staff your store!! On a positive note, my coffee was made perfectly and my Boston Cream was nice & fresh.
